Mid-Year Evaluation, O3s, and Observations


You will sign and receive a copy of your finalized mid-year evaluation this week. I will send you an email letting you know when to come down. 

No observations or grade-level team meetings this week!

O3s


We will be going over mid-year evaluations rubrics during O3s this week. Thank you for taking the time to complete them.

Curriculum and Instruction Observations

3rd-5th:
Karen from our Curriculum and Instruction department will be here Tuesday, December 9th from 12:15-4:00 observing Reading Street instruction. It is her intentions to observe all teachers, and the first three teachers from our hall have been selected and informed. I just wanted to keep everyone in the loop about visitors in our school.


ALP:
Heather will be here Wednesday to observe Big Ideas Math

Out of the office


I will out of the building for a half-day in the afternoon on Friday, December 12th and a full day on Monday, December 15th. If you should need anything, please contact your team lead or someone from the admin. team.

Assessment:
·       You are only required to assess the constructed response on weeks 2 and 4.
·       No assessment the week of December 15th-19th
 

Mock Assessments


 
 Mock Testing will begin in January.
·       January 13th-14th: ELA
·       January 20th-21st: Math
The 4th grade Science mock test will be given some time in February.
