O3s and Observation

This is the last week for O3s and observations!

I will not be focusing on a particular competency this week. Instead, look at your Classroom Framework and determine which competency you would like me to observe and/or bring evidence to your O3 to support a higher rating. This will be your last opportunity before End of the Year evaluations.

End of the Year Evaluations are quickly approaching! We will be discussing the competency of Professional Accountabilities during your grade level meetings. You will be responsible for completing a Professional Accountabilities Self-evaluation and submitting it to me by Thursday, April 14.

We will be finalize them during your O3, the week of April 18.

Moral Focus Spotlight

The Moral Focus virtue for the month of March is compassion. The 3-5 wing focuses on caring. Did you know that the Service Center provides Moral Focus lesson/activities specific to each virtue for each grade level under the curriculum page? I would encourage you to explore the activities, this would save you time by not having to reinventing the wheel. This is my way of showing care for the amount of time and effort that you spend planning. J
