·        Schedule a 15 minute Classroom Culture observation by Monday, January 8.

Week of January 15-19: Planning and Workshop

·        Bring lesson plans for the weeks of December 11, 18, January 8 and 15 to your O3.

·        Schedule a 15 minute workshop observation by Friday, January 12.

Week of January 22-26: Teaching

·        Schedule a 15 minute Teaching observation by Friday, January 19.

Week of January 29-February 2: Assessing

Out of the Building

I will be out of the building on Tuesday, December 19 and Wednesday, December 20 attending a Restorative Practice PD at Wayne RESA. I am hoping that I will receive resources that I am able to apply to our unique situations and students. J While I am away, please see your team lead or member of the admin team.

Grade Level Agendas

Grade level meetings will be facilitated by your team lead this week in my absence. Please meet and continue our analysis process. See below for each grade’s specific agenda.

Agenda

Grade 2:

1.  Continue Interim 1 analysis

a.  Complete the grid sheets for ELA and math

b.  Divide the standards for math and ELA and assign each teacher the responsibility of finding resources for the assigned standards.

                                         i.    Be prepared to have all of your resources available to your team prior to our January 13 grade level meeting. At that meeting, we will be creating and/or updating data binder.  

Grade 3:

1.  Continue Interim 2 Questions Analysis for ELA

a.  Please submit your complete analysis sheet to Jorvonna by Wednesday, December 13

b.  Discuss who will be responsible for finding the different supplemental resources. Look ahead with planning to determine the appropriate time to implement.  

2.  Resource Sharing and Data Binder

a.  Share and discuss each teacher’s binder or resource collection process.  

b.  Bring resources for each standards and share resources to continue to build your data binders.

                                         i.    Be prepared to share your data binders at our January 13 grade level meeting. At that meeting, we will be updating data binders.
