Writing Street Schedule

To prepare for the upcoming assessment schedule (M-STEP and MAP) each grade level decided to adjust our normal Reading Street writing schedule for Unit 5. Students are only required to complete the Unit writing, this will allow implementation of Performance Tasks and other genres of writing. I will not be creating a formal writing schedule, so please see below.

3^rd grade

·       Persuasive Essay Unit writing and PT

4^th grade

·       Argument-Persuasive Essay Unit writing and PT

5^th grade

• Argument-Persuasive Essay Unit writing, PT, and a poetry unit
