Grade level meeting

Thank you for working together during our grade level meetings these past two weeks. Now that we have completed our “housekeeping” and “back to school” norms, I am looking forward to diving into our wing base goal to collect and analyze multiple points of data on student progress. The data that we agreed to collect and analysis will be Reading Street and Interim assessments with the possibility in the future to include Math Expressions and peer observations to provide each of you with ongoing learning opportunities. Thank you for being a team that embraces growth!

See below for this week’s grade level meeting agenda. Please bring your Math Expressions TE. Let me know if you have any questions prior to the meeting.

Agenda
1.   Grade Level Planning
a.  Determine where everyone is currently at in all subject areas
b.  Does everyone have everything that they need to be successful this week for instruction and teaching?
c.   Any remaining needs?

2.   Interim 1 Analysis
a.  We will begin to analyze Math Interim 1 to determine which standards are not covered in our curricular tool and where we might need to supplement.

Phone Calls

Don’t forget to make your positive parent phone calls and submit to Kim a class list with the date you spoke to them by October 15.
