Sub Folder

Please bring your emergency substitute folder to your O3 the week of Oct 1-5. Your sub folder must include the following:    
  • 1. Class list
  • 2. Seating chart
  • 3. Medical needs/health action plans
  • 4. Emergency procedures
  • 5. Substitute procedures (located on the U-drive in the      Substitute Information Folder)
  • 6. Daily schedule (including Special Ed/RtI pull out times)
  • 7. Two days of emergency lessons (this is a new requirement)
