Classroom Framework

During our O3 meetings we will focus on a different indicator each week to provide you with a structured way of providing evidence for the different competencies of the Classroom Framework. See the schedule below.  

Week 1: Classroom Culture

Week 2: Planning

Week 3: Teaching

Week 4: Assessing

Each week we will examine the selected competency and its indicators in order to determine your current level and desired next steps. You can bring evidence to your O3 and/or schedule an observation to support or increase your current rating. I will observe you for the competencies of Classroom Culture and Teaching (Weeks 1 and 3) and you can bring evidence to your O3 for Planning and Assessing (Weeks 2 and 4). However, you are not required to provide evidence because one of the benefits of the Classroom Framework is that teachers are able to work at their own pace and make decisions about their own professional development.
