Emergency Sub Binder

Please bring your emergency substitute folder to your O3 the week of Oct 2-6. In your sub folder you must include the following:

1.  Class list
2.  Seating chart
3.  Medical needs/health action plans
4.  Emergency procedures
5.  Substitute procedures (located on the U-drive in the Substitute Information Folder)
6.  Daily schedule (including Special Ed/RtI pull out times)
7.  Two days of emergency lessons (this is a new requirement)
     8. Location of folder
