Full Lesson Observation #1

 

Full Lesson Observations (FLO) #1 will occur September 18-October 10. This is a 30-45 minute observation that focuses on all four competencies from the Classroom Framework. Please schedule your FLO #1 using the shared GoogleDoc by Friday, September 15.

Please note: You have three weeks to select from when signing up for FLO #1.

I will be collecting several pieces of evidence for your first FLO ratings. See below for the evidence needed. We will discuss this in further detail during your grade-level meetings.

Classroom Culture

·        Evidence will be gathered from the FLO

Planning: due October 9-13 at your O3

·        Submit September 18, 25, Oct 2, and 9 lesson plans for evidence; if applicable

·        Differentiated Planning: evidence gathered from October’s workshop observation

Teaching:

·        Evidence will be gathered from the FLO

·        Personalized Instruction: evidence gathered from October’s workshop observation

Assessing: due October 23-27 at your O3
