O3s
The admin
team has spent several hours over the course of 3 days calibrating Professional Accountabilities
ratings to ensure consistency as a school. Therefore, I am asking for a

extremely busy with conferences next week, so if you would like to select a
different time for your O3, due to availability within your conference
schedule, let me know. Once we return from Spring Break, I only have two weeks
to complete evaluations while overseeing and administering M-STEP. Thank you
for your understanding.
