Grade level meetings

No grade level meetings this week. Please use this time to prepare for conferences!

O3s

The admin team has spent several hours over the course of 3 days calibrating Professional Accountabilities ratings to ensure consistency as a school. Therefore, I am asking for a "mini” O3 next week to go over your ratings. I understand that you are extremely busy with conferences next week, so if you would like to select a different time for your O3, due to availability within your conference schedule, let me know. Once we return from Spring Break, I only have two weeks to complete evaluations while overseeing and administering M-STEP. Thank you for your understanding.

1.  Analyze Interim 2 data (math and reading) to drive instruction and provide differentiation.
a.   Identify each standards assessed and all students who scored a 2.0 or lower on each standard
b.  Share resources to address these standards
c.   Create flexible grouping/small group plan

Grade 3:
1.  Go over Interim 3 and determine possible uses: Do Now, small group or workshop instruction, and/or whole group instruction
2.  Determine Unit 5 writing schedule
3.  Bathroom Rotations

Workshop Observation

Due to last week and this week being shorten and me being out of the building this Thursday; I am canceling workshop observations. If I haven’t observed your classroom culture, please schedule an observation by tomorrow for either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday of this week.

End of the Year Evaluations

End of the Year (EOY) Evaluations are quickly approaching! I will be placing a self-evaluation for Professional Accountabilities in your mailbox on Monday, March 6. You will be responsible for completing and submitting it to me by Tuesday, March 14.
