Classroom Framework

Don’t forget that we will be focusing on Classroom Culture this week. Please look over the descriptions for each rating and let me know if you have any questions about the expectation of evidence needed. Don’t forget to schedule your observation!

Continue to collect your evidence and/or begin to think about when you want me to observe your instruction for the following competencies for the month of March.  

March 13-17: Planning and Workshop

·        Schedule a 15 minutes Workshop observation

·        Lesson plans for the weeks of February 20, 27, March 6, and March 13 due

o   Please place your lesson plans in my mailbox by March 15

March 20-24: Teaching

·        Schedule a 15 minute Teaching observation

March 27-31: Assessing

·        March assessing evidence should include:

§   Teacher feedback written on assessments

§  Class Grid analysis sheet for math and reading unit assessments or interims

§  Completed work samples of different activities/worksheets used to address misconceptions identified on your class grid sheet

§  Student goal sheets with evidence of students tracking their progress

    ·  Please place evidence in my mailbox by March 29
